Weekly on line check in and changes to your plan enable you to have a varied source of foods as well as achieving your goals in a weekly setting. 7 day a week contact, making sure you have full support at any time.
A monthly vitamin B12 injection will also assist in your feeling of wellbeing, helping with stress, fatigue, sleep deprivation, headaches and contribute towards metabolization of food and healthy gut.

Along with a monthly vitamin B12 injection to assist with your feeling of wellbeing, boosting your mood and energy levels, this package includes a monthly dermaplane facial. After a full skin consultation, lie back, relax and enjoy a skin cleanse, exfoliation, dermaplane, hydrating face mask finishing with multiple vitamin skin creams and a face massage.
Dermaplanning is a method of exfoliation using a sterile scalpel to gently shave the epidermis layer of the skin and removes peach fuzz (this does not grow back darker or thicker). Following the treatment, your skin will be left silky smooth absorbing products much more deeply.
6 weeks before the big day enjoy choose 2 areas of wrinkle relaxer. Most common places are between the brows and the forehead, or you may want to smooth out the laughter lines around the eyes, but the choice is yours. Along with the dermaplane, your skin with be soft and smooth and photo ready.

Filler is used to sharpen up the jawline and chin, making it snatched and sharp which helps tighten the skin leaving it looking sleek and youthful.
